Fees
I believe in transparency when it comes to fees. Here's a breakdown of my session costs:
- Initial Consultation (30 minutes): FREE
- Individual Online Counselling: £50 (50-60 mins)
- Face-to-Face Counselling: £50 (50-60 mins)
- IFS Sessions: £60 (50-60 mins)
- Extended IFS Session: £80 (90 mins)
- Group session for women: on a sliding scale, from £36 to £46 (2 hours)
- Constellation Session: £50 (60 mins) or £75 ( 90 mins)
(- I offer fees on a sliding scale, if there are mitigating circumstances).

Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable, but I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session. I will, of course, be as flexible as possible in cases of genuine emergencies.
