Starting therapy can feel unfamiliar. There is no need to have everything figured out. We begin where you are.

My role is to support you in getting to know yourself more deeply, with care, compassion, and curiosity, rather than offering ready-made answers.

I work at your pace. We return to difficult topics when you feel ready to explore them.

Together, we learn how your experiences may influence the way you see yourself and the world around you.

Through therapy, you may gradually develop a deeper awareness of your emotions and needs while discovering new ways to respond to life and connect with others.

Every story is different. We will look for a way forward that feels right for you.

Who I Work With

I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences, including professionals, parents, migrants, people who have been through difficult times, and those rebuilding their lives and finding their own paths.

My practice is open to people of all cultures, beliefs, genders, sexual orientations, and neurotypes.

I believe there is no single way to be, think, or move through the world.

Beyond the therapy room

Outside my work, I often return to nature and books for inspiration and reflection. I enjoy walking and poetry.

Having lived between different cultures, I am often struck by how much connects us, wherever we come from.

If this resonates with you, get in touch. We can start with a conversation and see if working together feels right for you.
